Jesus did miracles

“Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do” -- John 14:12 (ESV)

Some make the bad conclusion that if Jesus could do miracles he has to be God.

However, just like Jesus acting on behalf of the Father (John 14:24,31), believers should also act according to Jesus' will.

“... and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father. Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it. -- John 14:13-14 (ESV)

This gives believers the ability to do miracles in Jesus' authority too, just like Jesus was doing miracles.

If you love me, you will keep my commandments. -- John 14:15 (ESV)

There are also many other examples of other prophets who also did miracles, but no one claim that they were gods, for example:
