The Bible is supposed to contain only the truth. The purpose of this study is to understand:
- Why certain Bible books were included or excluded from the Bible
- Which books complement or contradict each other
- Which books are quote or misquote scriptures out of context
- Why some books may be disputed or whether the disputes itself are valid

The following passages quotes scriptures that does not exist in our modern bibles:
- Matthew 26:24 / Mark 14:21
- Matthew 27:3-10 (A copy of the prophecy in Zechariah 11:4-17 survived, but the original prophecy from Jeremiah is lost)
- Luke 18:31-33
- Luke 24:46-49
- John 5:38
- Ephesians 5:14
- 2 Corinthians 6:16-18 (Might partially paraphrase Leviticus 26:12 and Isaiah 52:11, but not it is not an exact quote)
